  You can install a virtual SIM card on iPhone, iPad, tablets, and Android smartphones. To check if your device supports eSIM, enter *#06# in the dialing mode. If an EID or MEID number appears, your device is compatible with eSIM. You can also check compatibility on the IMEI Info website. List of compatible devices is here, but this may not be the complete list

• What is a travel eSIM?

  An eSIM is a virtual SIM card that allows you to use a prepaid internet package from a local operator without the need for a physical SIM card. It can be activated without identification and does not have a phone number.

  
  

  
  

• How to make sure if your smartphone supports eSIM?

   To determine if your smartphone supports eSIM, it's best to check directly from the settings.

  The availability of eSIM support can vary not only based on the mobile phone model but also the country of manufacture.

  Look for the option to add an eSIM within the settings menu. If you find it, then your phone supports eSIM; if not, it likely doesn't. 

• What happens if the smartphone does not support eSIM?

  Before purchasing an eSIM package, you are required to confirm that your smartphone supports eSIM. Therefore, the amount paid for the package is non-refundable.

  Please double-check your device's settings before completing your purchase to ensure it supports eSIM. Go to your device settings and search for "Add eSIM." Keep in mind that even if your smartphone model generally supports eSIM, certain devices may not have this functionality enabled.

• What happens if you mistakenly activate a new package on a eSIM?

  We cannot provide a refund if you mistakenly activate an eSIM or add a new bundle to an existing eSIM. However, if the eSIM has not been activated, you are eligible to sell it through your personal cabinet.
