We offer a full refund in cases where a technical issue with your order cannot be resolved. In such instances, you will have the option to choose between a replacement eSIM or a full refund to your account.

Before purchasing an eSIM package, you are required to confirm that your smartphone supports eSIM. Therefore, the amount paid for the package is non-refundable.
Please double-check your device's settings before completing your purchase to ensure it supports eSIM. Go to your device settings and search for "Add eSIM." Keep in mind that even if your smartphone model generally supports eSIM, certain devices may not have this functionality enabled.

We cannot provide a refund if you mistakenly activate an eSIM or add a new bundle to an existing eSIM. However, if the eSIM has not been activated, you are eligible to sell it through your personal cabinet.

if a technical fault with the local provider is detected after using a certain number of gbs, the amount will be refunded proportionally to the unused gbs. the refund will be credited to the personal cabinet in the form of Let'Coins or, if preferred, to the bank account.
